What to expect

A connected, authorized booking provider is required to quote live availability, accept a reservation and issue a pass. This brief does not reserve airport access. Security and passport-control coverage must be confirmed separately by the operator.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund of an earlier charge. To request a refund or report an issue, contact us with your purchase email, date and amount. These terms do not limit applicable withdrawal and conformity rights.
